Privacy Policy
Effective October 16, 2026
This policy explains how AJ Family Legacy Corporation ("we," "us") collects, uses and protects information in the Boots on the Ground mobile app and website (the "App").
Who the App is for
The App is a private business tool for outreach teams. Accounts are created by an organization's owner or administrator. The App is not intended for children and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Information we collect
Account information: your name, work email address and password (stored in encrypted form), and your role and assigned territory.
Business contact information you enter: names, job titles, phone numbers, email addresses and addresses of referral partner organizations and their staff.
Visit and activity records: visit dates, notes, follow up tasks and routes that you enter.
Location: only if you choose to allow it, the App may use your device location to help plan routes or log a visit. You can turn this off at any time in your device settings.
Technical information: basic device and app information needed to keep the App working and secure, such as app version and error logs.
The App is not designed to collect health information about patients or clients, and users are instructed not to enter it.
How we use information
We use information only to provide and improve the App: to sign you in, show you and your organization's owners the visits and follow ups for your territory, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
Information you enter is visible to you and to the owners and administrators of your organization. We use trusted service providers to host and run the App (for example, our database and hosting providers), who process data only on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data storage and security
Data is stored with secure cloud providers in the United States, sent over encrypted connections, and protected by access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep information while your account is active. You or your organization can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by emailing joperez@seniorhelpers.com with the subject "Delete my account." We will complete the request within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.
Your choices
You can review and update most of your information in the App. You may also contact us to request a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for important changes, let users know in the App.
